The aim and guiding words of this retreat [ Rejuvenate. Renew. Refresh] will be accomplished by exploring the 5 senses of Smell, Touch, Sight, Hearing and Taste in combination with the 5 elements of life according to Ayurveda: Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether.
The retreat will follow the rhythms of wisdom teachings, rest, experiential learning, community and the circular gathering.
This will be a space specially curated for rejuvenation, renewal and refreshing of healers who include : Therapists, Bodyworkers, Energy workers, Indigenous Healers, Spiritual Companions, Soul workers, Sound Healers, Social Workers.
This retreat is a space for all those who work with others in seeking Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Mental and Physical wholeness.

*This retreat is designed to guide Healers into a path of integrating rest in their work. The aim is to have healers leave the retreat rejuvenated, refreshed and renewed in their path, gifts and calling.
A welcome email with a comprehensive information pack will be sent to you 30 days before the retreat date.
The retreat will be hosted at Narumoru River Lodge. This location is approximately 3.5hrs from the Airport/CBD.
A rustic and enchanting mountain lodge at the foothills of Mount Kenya. Located 16 km south of the Equator, in a 71-acres stream-fed enclave of peace and serenity.
Transport transfer to the retreat from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) will be provided at the following times on 11th August 2024. Note that the Lodge is approximately 3.5hrs by road from the Airport/CBD.
For those who will flying in from outside Kenya, Kindly book your arrival flight to correspond with the transfer times above.
